Great TV

I bought this 1 year ago. My remote quit working randomly last week.. I tried to pair it and then the only thing that worked after that was the power button. I've tried it all.. pairing, batteries, power button with no batteries... nothing works. I can't even access settings because without the remote, this tv is absolutely useless which I still owe money on... this product is junk. Shocked this is coming from this company....

After 1 year it was useless 3 days after warranty

This is the best TV I ever had. It turns on quickly and off and has a great picture. One of the features I like best is that I can browse the internet through a browser. On the downside the factory speakers on the TV is very basic and I would suggest buying the Samsung wireless sound bar and woofer what you can control with your TV remote. Overall I think it's a great TV lots of apps and easy to operate
