I love the SIMA. Firstly, I love the pink color because it matches everything I own. The SIMA leaves my skin feeling extremely soft and my makeup goes on much better and smoother. First noticed and read all the positive reviews on line. Debated time after time; Could this be what I need? Well I did invest in Spa Sciences's SIMA facial tool and am discovering what can only look & feel like I have brand new facial skin! Can not believe the total 100 % improvement that has begun occurring! Let tool charge the full 12 hours required and instructed to do via instruction manual. People who do not follow instructions properly are the type of customers complaining about this device not holding a charge because I charged as my instruction booklet said and charge is amazing!! Worked well the first time but took a little bit to get used to what pressure and angles work best. It takes the fuzz off without bruising. I didnâ€:tm:t have any pain at all. But I just tried to charge it and itâ€:tm:s dead. I think I used it 2x horrible!
