Excellent carrying

We bought it for the Canadian Sphinx, she really liked it, immediately climbed into it. The quality is very good, it is large and roomy, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. We immediately bought a power bank for the ventilation and lighting system (USB A connector).

Bulb and fan don’t work

After charging it the first day I received it, the light and fan feature stopped working. The light is very much needed as the uv protection on the backpack’s window is very strong and you can’t see much inside

We would like to clarify that the backpack itself is not rechargeable and does not hold a charge. The light and fan functions require a connected power bank or portable charger to operate. If the power bank is disconnected or depleted, the light and fan will stop working.
