World's smallest cauliflower for $3.25.

Great to break apart and put in a summer salad

Wow! What a surprise one gets when this cauliflower is fully trimmed. In the store, it looked fairly fresh and just a little smaller than average. However, once it was trimmed it became a marvel of miniaturization. Taking off the stalk and the leaf stubs left a head, before steaming. of about 6" in diameter. It fit nicely on a regular saucer with some space on each side. In all fairness, it did make a tasty bite or two.

First and last time buying cauliflower @ Sam's, very disappointed.

I loved buying these but my last one had three live pincher bugs deep in the head. I was so grossed out, I forgot to take a picture before I threw it out. It really makes you question the produce.

Generally, produce like cauliflower has shrunk. However, this time the whole edible portion of the cauliflower was no bigger than approximately 2 to 3 inches across in diameter.

Sometimes light browning on a few tips. I just trim. Last time couple perfect. Just inspect before buying. I love cauliflower so this is a frequent purchase.
