Im usually more of a fan of Rose and other fruitier sweeter wines (sparkling wines as well). I didn’t hate this one even tho I went in fully expecting to hate it. It is dry but not to the point its offensive to the palate like others. It worked so well for mimosas. I bought another one to take with me to my friend’s bday party this weekend.

The tasting notes of apple, pear, and citrus definitely shine through. I enjoyed by itself but it could definitely be mixed if that’s your thing. The price point is great as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freixenet is one of my favorite brands to pick up when I’m looking for Champagne or Sparkling wine. The Cordon Black Cava Brut is perfect for mimosas, French 75, and even makes a great gift. Very smooth taste.
