Campari is my go to for a great cocktail! Great Negroni and wonderful for a spritz!

Very excited to have been chosen to try Campari! The Negroni recipe was easy to make. I heard Madelyn Cline talk about them in press and have wanted to try one. Definitely beware- you have to sip on it. It is VERY bitter. I added more Campari by accident, thinking it was the vermouth that overpowered it, but oops, both were very bitter so it made it almost too difficult to drink. After taste became too herb tasting. Thankfully, with more procecco I got a better ratio and it was much more enjoyable in my opinion. Overall it was a good cocktail to sip on and my husband and brother in law also enjoyed it- comparing it to a cousin of a scotch on the rocks with a citrus flair. My sister added pineapple juice to hers to get a bitter sweet mix. My brother added aperol to his and said it was more appealing that way and less bitter. With a little change of the recipe for each individual taste we each had a nice new cocktail to try. We had a great time making them, discussing what made it better or worse, and watching the SAG awards. It felt like we were at the tables with the actors when we saw the bottles of Campari on their tables. So much fun. Cheers!

None of my friends had ever had Campari before our party and neither did I. It's pretty impressive to think that out of a 15+ people party, literally every one was impressed by the taste and not a single person disliked it, which is rare for liqueur... Great job on choosing the cocktail which was very good, we'll have to include Campari in our party shopping list from now on!

I love sweeter drinks, so I was really excited to try a cocktail with Campari. Initially it was a bit tart, but I really like the citrus smell and taste. I also added a garnish of a slice of orange which made the glass really pretty and taste great. Would recommend!

Everyone’s been telling me to try Campari for so long, I wish I listened to them sooner. I’ve clearly been missing out! The orange flavor was crisp and refreshing and the flavor is distinct and memorable. I’ve heard Campari is bitter, but it wasn’t at all as I imagined it would be. Making the Negroni cocktail was easy and was a big hit for all the guests at my watch party. The Campari mixed with gin and vermouth would have never been a combo I would have thought was appealing, but descriptions don’t at all do that delicious cocktail Justice. Drinking Campari (especially Negronis) just looks and feels “cool”. We felt very Gatsby-like at our watch party! Thanks Campari and Ripple Street- can’t wait to get another bottle soon!
