I'm sure Malibu has a dozen recipes for their Malibu coconut rum but my go to drink is Malibu and coke. It is so delicious.

Has a good strong coconut flavor . I love mixing it with Coca-Cola or pineapple juice. It is a little bit on the sweeter side.
