Best ever rum cake using coconut rum. After baking as soon as it comes out the oven I add another rum mixture to the cake while it's still hott! Let it sit overnight and everything marries! Yum!!

Malibu tastes good, but is too thick for me to enjoy in a drinking setting. Definitely sweet, but would make me sick before ever catching a buzz. It's not bad, but I would prefer other brands over Malibu 9 times out of 10.

For someone who doesn't have a sweet tooth I would not recommend. The coconut flavor is over powering, only use 0.5 oz pour, or <1 oz when mixing in drinks or you'll only taste the coconut flavor. For fruity flavor lovers, it's great.

I love the taste by itself or mixed with juice. It's great blended in margarita , and martinis as well. My favorite is a Jamaican pink panties with fruit and whip cream on top. Yummy

I live at the beach and this rum is a standard for several of the popular cocktails here. The taste reminds me of a day at the beach and is very tropical. The price is nice and almost everyone recognizes the Malibu brand.

Can't imagine anything better for pinacolada than malibu. Its sweet not too strong and perfect coconut flavor compliments the exotic flavor of pinacolada
