Have used this product for 3 weeks and there is improvement in my hair and damaged hair. However, in my casw, not enough improvement to justify the cost.

I bought K18 before from another place. But it was a small container. So the one from Sam’s Club cost more but it is worth it. I love it, I love how it leaves my hair so soft.

I was hesitant that this product was not going to be authentic. I still had a small amount from a bottle I had purchased from Sephora. I put a pump on each hand and compared the consistency, smell, and the writing on each bottle. I was very happy to see that they are the exact same but there is much more product here than in the smaller bottle. The price here is amazing!!

I have used this twice now as directed: After shampooing apply to ends first then work it up through midshaft and to the roots (do not apply regular conditioner) . Let it sit for 4 minutes before styling. I've tried every other conditioner under the sun, spending LOTS of money for no results. I almost gave up and cut off my hair. But I'm so glad I found Sam's carry the K18 mask as it truly does work! My hair hasn't looked this good for years! I section my hair into three, then use 1 pump per section. This bottle will last a long time.

I bought this product at Sam's Club 7 months ago and had no problem with it. Loved it . I was beginning to run out and bought another one (5oz) and it is not the same as the other bottle as far as the results of my hair. This new bottle is not authentic. It has to be a knock off. I will return it . I am not throwing out $68

I have a bottle of the real k18 from sephora. I can tell immediately that 5oz bottle from Sams club isn't a real version of K18. Additional red flags, other than consistency of the actual product, I examined the back and you can see a difference in the manufacturing address. Another thing, the picture on Sams website shows the bottle coming with an outer box, but when it arrived, it had no outer box. On the back of the bottle it says "this product is meant to be sold with an outer box, if this product does not have an outer box, do NOT buy it".... i think it's best to pay the extra money and purchase this from an authorized retailer.

I sent k18 the batch %26 serial number of this product for them to verify its legitimacy. They said back “Hi Shelby, Unfortunately, this product appears to be counterfeit and not from an authorized K18 seller. If you come across additional evidence of counterfeit or unauthorized K18 sales, please report it through the link below so our legal team can investigate and take appropriate action.” SO ITS NOT REAL %26 don’t buy it! Buy it on the k18 website!

Ive used Olaplex and other hair repair products. I've had k 18 applied at the salon. This has an alcohol smell and made my hair dry frizzy and burnt looking. I am really upset how this product ruined my hair. After a hour my scalp started to itch. Returning item asap. The .99 cent conditioner makes my hair feel better than this. Not sure if this is a knock off product or real but it didnt work for me.
