The elote stuffed chicken have a lot of great flavor with the perfect amount of southwest spice for me because I can't handle really spicy food. If you want to decrease the heat even more, top it with sour cream after baking, yum! They're individually wrapped which makes it convenient to bake as many as you need. Quick & easy in the oven, I cooked all 6 for my family in 40 min, and usually serve with spanish rice or beans on the side. Yes, I will continue to buy them.

Healthy enough. Excellent taste, cooks in 42 minutes, minimal clean up. Mix a salad kit, pop a cork, light a candle, spray your pits, and wait for the compliments.

Good flavor and great convenience when meal prep needs to be easy. A nice change from the Cordon Bleu for those of us that prefer to avoid ham.
