I'm a woman 5'2 112lbs and I got the men's small based on other reviews and Google searches BUT it was too big. Wish I had gone with my gut and gotten the XS and even after washing at hottest temp and drying at hottest temp it didn't shrink enough. Quality is good, it's majority Cotten which is why I got it to begin with bc nowadays it's so hard to find inexpensive Cotten clothing. I got the blue which looks navy in pic but it's actually more of a medium denim blue definitely not navy.
