I have bought these twice before and they were soft and I loved them. The last shipment I received last week was hard and rough, like packing paper and not absorbent. I am thoroughly disgusted with the change in quality. Im not driving 3 hours round trip to return crappy towels.

I bought these rolls because they were out of Kimberly-Clark. These are not as thick nor as absorbent.

Use this brand 15+ years and it is a great buy and gets the job done for our children and adult programs.
