physical card was not delivered. fedex delivered a package that was not mine and not even from Sam's club. appears someone took tracking barcode from my order and placed it on a non-sams package to make it seem the package was delivered. This seems to be called label swap fraud. This illustrates issues with physical gift cards. Sam's club now has an AI answering calls. I called multiple times and it said every time that there was no gift card associated with my other number (even though I read it from the Sam's club app directly). After hours of calls over 2 days, I did get a human in central America who was able to communicate in English effectively. She said she will void the card. We will see.
