Just right mellow with creamy flavorful dip. I cheat and use a bit for salad dressing and as sandwhich spread. Potatoe chips scoop it well too.

Good value and freezes well if there is just one person in your household. I use it instead of mayonnaise in my tuna sandwich mix.

Easier than making your own and pretty tasty. I think it is a bit pricey for the amount that you get and the chunks of artichoke are fairly large.
