It's nice but the shipping sucked. They delivered it not in a box or bag. I found it in 3 inches of snow with no covering. Can't even think about the dirty truck it bounced around in. Not even sure I want to give it to my granddaughter. 🤬😡

My daughter opened this gift today (Christmas morning) %26 one of the front legs was popped off. Within 30 minutes of opening the gift, the other front leg fell off. Of course my daughter loves the backpack so we will keep but will have to buy a different cat now. Disappointing for sure.

It's a cute set. My 19mo daughter loves the cat, brush, and food dish. The cat's legs are a bit odd though. Maybe at least one was put on wrong? Hard for it to sit/stand upright, but otherwise it's nice.

Christmas gift for granddaughter. purchased kitten pet carrier and leg fell off right away when unpacking, before our granddaughter even played with it.

The leg fell off within one day of use. Talked to support to have it replaced, but they can't help me because I bought it in a store. It is no longer available in my store.

got this for 5yr old Christmas present. soon as she opened and took the kitten out the arm fell off, it just clips into an internal clip. once its off, it cannot be re attached. she is devistated. highly upset with this.
