After years of wanting to get a set of Michelin tires I finally did it. What a disappointment. The car seemed to ride rough at interstate speeds and the tires were a noisy. With less than 6,000 miles I had a tread separation on one of the tires. First time I’ve ever had that happen, I’ve been driving for 45 years. The whole outside half of the tire was much larger in diameter than the inner half. When they looked at tire, they notice that the manufactured date was close to 5 years old even though the they were installed 7 months ago. I called Michelin and wasn’t happy with the support. First and last set of Michelins for me.

Rough ride and noisy

I had a great experience. The staff were very helpful, especially Mr. Shawn, who went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. His attention and care truly made a difference.
