I purchased these tires in October. I live in Colorado and have an AWD SUV and we have had a snow start to the year. I cannot believe how great they are on snowpacked roads. They have been fantastic and worth every penny. Even general snow/rain mixes or flash flooding, these tires give me an extreme amount of confidence and safety to navigate the streets.

Vehicle - 2022 Lexus RX 350L. I replaced the Bridgestone ecopia OEM tires at 35k miles due to wear (they are 55k tires) with Michelin Crossclimate 2 tires after considerable research. I have had Michelin tires on a number of vehicles over the years, and apart from a set of Primacy tires, I have always been pleased. While the Crossclimate 2 tires had great traction, especially when wet, there were two serious problems with them. Immediately noticeable was that they did not track well, and needed constant correction on the highway, and it almost seemed that the power steering was increased. But the major problem was with gas mileage. Probably a 15-20% drop in mileage which meant range dropping from about 440 to 385 per tank-full I’m changing to another brand this week. Disappointing after doing what I thought was some extensive research. Reading other reviews and postings on forums, this seems to be a common problem.

All four tires had sidewall separation prior to reaching 60,000 miles. They were only two and a half years old. I had at least another years worth of tread left. The traction they offered was great, I never got stuck in the snow after getting these tires. Originally these tires were so good, I recommended them to family and friends. Four of them bought the tires. I am no longer recommending these tires. I received zero support from michelin, I was told it is probably ozone damage....2 1/2 year old tire.

its been almost a year since i got this tires and we are happy to report they are performing very well in all conditions, in Alberta we get freezing and snowing conditions and these tire just don't care. no more hassle of swapping tires every winter winter and spring. We are using them on a 2021 Santa Fe AWD

I have had these tires about 15K miles, loved them through last winter, great this spring in the rain and a week ago, the amazing straight line, dry pavement stopping ability of these tires saved me from rear ending a pickup truck when traffic all stopped suddenly on the freeway--had an inch to spare, but am sure I would have been toast with any other tire!

We purchased these tires for our Audi Q5 3.0T several months back and couldn’t be happier. Prior to these, I wasn’t able to drive faster than 50 mph in the rain as the suv would hydroplane nonstop. Scary!! My husband came across these and decided to take a chance on them. Not only did the hydroplaning stop, the vehicle rides better than it ever has. Additionally, we just had a major snow storm today (first since having these bad boys) and I was able to drive it like it wasn’t even snowing. I was also able to get up hills that other vehicles were stuck on without any issues at all. Hands down the best tires in the snow I have ever ever had. Don’t listen to the negative reviews. Not sure what they want.

I bought these tires for my MKX last January (2021) and was immediately satisfied with the way they drove through snow and slush along with how they handled ice. I just bought an Aviator with size 275/40R22 and you don't make them yet. Please have them ready for me next winter.

I've had the CrossClimate2's on my 2019 RDX Advance for four days, a few hundred miles, and here are my initial impressions: *Car drives and rides better than it ever has *Got caught in a drenching downpour and never felt so secure *Quieter than any tires I've ever owned Should be a good winter tire for us in Maine.

After six months on a mid-size SUV, the tires are smooth, quiet, while retaining good handling and winter traction performance. The only drawback is rolling resistance seems higher than OEM tires. Rolling resistance affects gas mileage, but the impact is unknown.

Tire are smooth and perform as advertised. I read complaints about mileage and noise. I HAVE DRIVEN a Jetta and Grand Caravan and found the tires to be quiet. My tires are 245x50x20 and they are noisy. The ribs on a larger size are further apart and this causes them to be noisier. As for mileage if you are going on a long trip put 4 PSi over recommended inflation and your mileage will be almost the same as before. Don't forget to adjust pressure when done with your trip.
