I'm taking it because i heard of good results for the following: "Collagen is a protein responsible for healthy joints and skin elasticity, or stretchiness. It's in your bones, muscles, and blood, comprising three quarters of your skin and a third of the protein in your body. As you age, your existing collagen breaks down, and it gets harder for your body to produce more." I'm over 60 amd i take it in my protein smoothie or use it as a creamer in coffee...see if you can feel and see the difference in your joints and skin.

Youtheory Collagen Powder Unflavored dissolves quickly into my coffee with no clumping. After using for a couple weeks I have noticed my nails are stronger and smoother. I do intermittent fasting and drink coffee with collagen powder at the 16 hour mark and can continue to fast for another hour or two without feeling hungry.

I started using it and the bruises on my arms from bumping into something or my dog laying her paw on my arm have gone away. I'm so happy. I am buying some of this for a friend of mine!

This is the 2nd brand of powder collagen I have used. Sometimes if my drink is not hot enough, it will clump but I usually add powder first then add a little bit of my hot tea or coffee and mix up completely before adding rest of beverage. I did receive a sample of the vanilla flavor collagen and I did not care for the residue that was left at the bottom of my cup. I will be buying again because I feel that this supplement has been a major cause for the improvement I have been experiencing since starting with collagen 2 months ago. It is December and usually I have days of arthritic knee pain, don't get me wrong, it is still present but not nearly as long and I seem to get through the day without popping Advil. My skin has improved somewhat, but there are areas that need improvement and my hair might be fuller but it is small in comparison to pain relief I have experienced.

Mixes easily with coffee, no odor or after taste

I have bought this for years and absolutely loved it. This last purchase looks and tastes different. It no longer dissolves in my morning coffee. The last couple of drinks are gritty. Not sure what ingredient they changed, but I will be taking this back.

What happened? Totally changed. Won't fully mix in. Bottom of drink is like drinking sand. Hopefully will go back to how it was.
