This entire experience has been a never ending nightmare. Unfortunately I cannot rate the machine itself because I never got to use it. It came damaged, said they were going to send me a replacement,never sent and then just ghosted me. I kept calling the vendor and leaving msgs but nothing. Sucks because I gave away my old machine and now I'm lugging my clothes to the laundromat, ugh! Contacted Sam's Club they said they're going to send me a refund because they're out of stock after they said they were arranging a replacement. Communication is horrible with both the vendor and Sam's Club,I have been back and forth since April with this.

Worst Experience Ever!

The washing part is very good.  Several useful settings.  There is no way to set dryer heat. Drying takes a long time vented or unvented. The coin catch position is very difficult to acess for seniors and water drained on the floor as it was opened.
