The first Wirlpool dehumidifier did not work very well. I returned it via front porch pick-up to Walmart and got a new one shipped to me the same day, no questions asked. The second one works great. Good doing business with you. Thanks Bernie W

Its quiet. it does everything that it claims. what is great that it shuts down when bucket is full.

We live where it's very humid in summertime. I decided to try this item to help in conjunction with our AC it has definitely helped and I totally recommend this Whirlpool product.

Works great to remove moisture from the air but it is noisy!! I keep the fan on low and still have to raise the volume on the tv in order to hear it. AND the dehumidifier is in a separate room!!

Not performing as well as expected - humidity levels are still high

I think it is too soon to evaluate this product as I have had problems with dehumidifiers in the past and am hoping this one is an exception. They are mini refrigerators and it doesn't pay to service them when they don't work right so give me some time before I let you know. Thanks

A bit dissapointed with it, the clean filter light has been on no matter what I do or how much I attempt to clean it , very frustrating!!

Very disappointed. First off the bucket is not easily removed- there's virtually no handle for lifting it. Secondly, the digital reading for temperature doesn't work, and the condenser doesn't remove moisture on low speed. Only positive remark is that when running it is relatively quiet. I will be returning it.
