Perfect to put in my smoothies. I keep these around and throw in different smoothies I like to make. Makes it easy. I also eat it frozen.

Pineapples from dole even in a can taste fresh. They are always delicious. I make many different food items and even drink cocktails with this.

Dole is my absolute fav if I'm gonna have type of canned fruit. It's real fruit juice no artificial syrup or flavoring.

I also use these in smoothies with banana flavored tofu It turns out great and I don't have to deal with cutting the real thing.
