Although it's supposed to be unflavored I found it to have a very strong taste and an unpleasant smell that was noticeable while I was stirring the collagen into my beverage in the morning.

Ok so my knee was hurting for almost 2 months and couldn't get rid of the pain I started using this and noticed a difference in a week no pain at all and my skin is glowing

This collagen has the nastiest taste to it, it says unflavored but it tastes like dead animal. I've tried a few different powder collagens and this is by far the grossest tasting. I will NOT be buying this brand again!!!!

Good choice of protein and help for your hair and nails. Also dissolves instantly in water. I add crystal light raspberry lemonade to my bottled water and make up several at a time. It's perfect to take in the morning.

If u can get past the awful smell AND taste AND u can find a way to keep it down (bc it is extremely bad) then u could see results. I'm only a week in but hate when I have to drink this bc I know what to look forward to. I spent $24 and wish someone were brutally honest in recent reviews bc I wouldn't have if I knew.

Take daily.. I know my nails are super hard, hope it's helping bones and joints
