Disolved easy on my hot cup of coffee and In two weeks of using this collagen I noticed my nails are growing faster.

This works well on my skin. I was having issues with bruising, only reason for four stars is the price.

The product had a nasty taste. plus, it did not easily dissolve and was in clumps when adding it to fluid.
