I love this brand of collagen peptides. It's made purely from bovine sources, disolves quickly in my coffee, has no taste, and is affordable. I love it!

I have been focused on improving the condition of my skin recently. After a month of using this product daily, I have seen an improvement in my face! My skin looks smoother and brighter, plus my hair and nails have begun to grow faster. Would recommend!

I like the idea of this product it's just hard to tell really what it's doing. I think it's a little expensive. I get the non flavored stuff so I can add it to anything I can also add it to some pre work out drinks to tame those down on sweetness. I usually put a scoop in my oatmeal in the morning and or a scoop in my protein drink at night.

I've been taking this for a few days and I haven't noticed much of a difference. It doesn't make me sick afterwards so I don't think it's too bad for you. Time will tell what this does for the body. I mix it in my morning coffee with some vega protein powder and coffee creamer. It doesn't change the flavor of the coffee in my opinion. I'd be interested in trying different flavors of this.

I have used other collagens at times. I chose this one because it states that it is beneficial for my hair, nails, joints, etc. My complexion is so clean and clear and my hair, most important is better. I like it because its a large size and I don't run out of it so quick. Basically , just getting started with it and waiting for more results.

I've been using this daily for the past month. I use two scoops in my black coffee or lemon water. Mixes well in room temp or warmer liquid and is absolutely tasteless. I suggest icing your cold drinks after mixing. Very little, if any, change in texture of a drink. I'm 64, and concerned for my skin and bone health, and lucky that I had just a little creakiness in my joints. Creakiness no more! My joints and muscles feel great. Hope at some point my skin will show benefits as well. I think it's worth using another couple months for more results.

I just got this a couple weeks ago and so far have only added it to coffee. This mixes better than another name-brand collagen I've tried - there are literally no clumps and really no stirring is even required. I haven't tried it in cold beverages or with baking but I'm sure it would bake well also. There is no flavor. I usually put one scoop (half a serving) in my morning coffee. It almost makes my coffee taste smoother, honestly. This is so easy to take & I love that I can trust where it came from.

I don't use anywhere near the suggested amount, but I do add this to my coffee or maybe a smoothie or yogurt. It has no flavor and vanishes into whatever I use it in. I have seen my brittle nails grow strong since adding a little bit to my daily routine. I don't like: the fat container is too wide for my small hands and that makes it hard to grasp, open and close. I flavor another brand in a slimmer container.
