I usually dissolve collagen in milk by frothing and adding to coffee for a latte. This is a weird texture and gets grainy in both hot and cold liquid. Would not purchase again.

This collagen dissolves well in warm to hot beverages with a slight taste but not overbearing. This my second jar in 2 months this year and it relieves my mild arthritis pain in my knees. I can perform squats again!! I drink 2 scoops twice a day.

I was recommended to use this by a friend because of excessive bruising on my arms. Said within short time it would eliminate much of my unsightly bruising. It seems to be working.

Tastes absolutely terrible. I tried it in various things (coffee, overnight oats, milk) and I couldn't even get past the smell of it. Save your money %26 go with a different brand.

Doesn't mix well and doesn't dissolve. It tastes like broccoli water! It definitely has to be added to a smoothie to make it edible, unless you have a super solid stomach that can handle anything. Yuck!

Did not thicken my hair or stop fall out of hair. Did not thicken my eyelashes or eyebrows. It did absolutely nothing so was just like drinking a glass of water withno benefits. A waste of money!
