I'm always hesitant to buy anything "light" because companies often overcompensate for fat by adding sugars. This is actually a good "light" version of the real thing.

My 11 year old son dislikes most vegetables. He will however eat raw carrots with ranch dressing. Thanks to Hidden Valley he gets at least one serving of vegetables most days.

Purchased to cut calories - had to use it as a dip and it tasted fine. But, it is not like the real deal and can definitely tell it is "Light". I would not purchase to use on Salads.

This light ranch is great. but there is something missing and a little bit on the sweet side for me. but i stil buy it because i can't find another ranch that taste as good with less calories, or without tasting funny.
