Awesome product

I love this honey powder. I use it in place of sugar in tea, coffee, recipes etc. I also stock it in my emergency stores because of the long shelf life.

Dented Cans

Product works, but received two of five cans dented as if stacked on by something heavy. Dented to the point of metal folding such that seal is questionable for long term storage.

It's good stuff!

Well, I like it because it is not sugar. My Mom has diabetes, and she can put it in her tea and baked goods. I like it in my coffee and add it to the Vanilla Honey Madagascar Starbucks coffee and eat the new Vanilla Honey Cheerios as well.

Honey

I bought this to add to my stash of long term food. I plan to use it for cooking and in my tea. Very reasonable price. I would recommend this product to others. Thank you.

powdered refined syrup with honey flavor

Honestly... refined syrup (with honey) as the first ingredient, and fructose as the second? This is not honey. Besides, honey can not go bad. Even if it turns to a crystallized lump, heat it slightly and it turns right back into it's fluid state. I am all for having a well stocked pantry, but honey, white sugar, brown sugar and molasses by the very fact of what they are, cannot go bad, ever... if stored properly. They can not spoil, they can not grow bacteria. No special "product" needed for long term storage. Why pay a higher price for fake substitutes that claim to be a long term storage solution for them?

I would buy it again.

I did a blind taste test with my husband in two cups of tea. One sweetened with powdered honey and one with fresh honey. I asked him to pick the cup of tea that had the fresh honey. He thought the one with powdered honey was the fresh. That makes it a keeper for us!

honey powder, good taste.

I used 2 cups powder to 1/2 cup cold water and heated on medium heat till the tiny crystals or sugars seemed dissolved. Taste better than the brand I had in my cupboard. The container was just a little more than 1/2 full of the powder, which was a little disappointing. You may get maybe 2 bottles more out of this, at this cost, than buying already premixed honey brands. Just remember after opening, it has to be used within a year.

Great product

I get this mostly for my long term storage, but have used one full can already. Use warm water and it mixes up smooth and quickly. I use this for sweetening instead of sugar as you get a much sweeter, creamy taste with fewer calories. Get it before the price goes up again!

Stick with Real Honey!!

I would not buy this again. Does not taste as good as honey. More of a candied sugar honey fructose taste. Real Honey has a very long shelf life. I would advise to stick with REAL Honey. No comparison at all. It's darker in texture and runny...not thick like honey.

You are going to love it, Honey!

I just received my first shipment of Augason Farms Honey Powder. The box was heavier than I expected and I was surprised at how big the can was. It reminded me of the old Crisco cans of way back. When we opened the can the powder had settled quite a bit. I wanted to put it in different containers for storage and to have a small jar on the table. I kept scooping and scooping and had to find more containers. I then fixed a cup of tea and put a teaspoon of the powder in my cup. Oh it was so sweet! I will back down on the amount. I will use less of the powder than I did with the liquid honey or the honey beads I used before. And the best part is that the powder dissolves right away and doesn't sink to the bottom. Compared to the price I paid for a bottle of honey in the store, the price of the powder, including shipping, is a better value. The only thing that would make it better is if my local Walmart would carry it.
