It was listed as “Honey powder” but they are sending out SUGAR and HONEY powder instead which is a MUCH cheaper and LESS desirable item.

If you are looking for real honey powder , do not buy this . It is mostly sugar very little honey powder .

I blend the honey powder and cottage cheese to a smooth cream. Like eating whipped cream only it's a high protein food! Yum!

Bought the Honey for emergency storing but tried it and loved the idea of dried honey and making small batches at a time
