Awesome product. Very large size container. Great for everything, especially when liquid honey is so hard to dissolve. So this works perfectly. I bought it to use in my apple cider vinegar drink and it's perfect. After receiving the honey powder , I thought of all sorts of things I can use it for. I will even try facial masque.

Anyone that knows me knows that I am a bit of a mad scientist in the kitchen. I can't help deviate from recipes. Decided to give Honey Powder a try, so I bought 4 canisters of this lovely stuff. Canisters came in great condition, they have a 30 year shelf life which is really great as 12 pounds of this stuff my last me a lifetime.... One warning I will give people is when you do open it and your scooping some out, there are 2, maybe 3 packets of oxygen absorbers inside the product. So be on the look out for them. Works exceptionally well in coffee and espresso. I've also used it to make pizzelle cookies, a cake, and horchata. Note that it will change your horchata yellowish as it is honey. I'd assume this will work really well in iced tea, possibly with lemon to give it a honey/lemon vibe.

Omg, I love this stuff!! I mostly drink Arizona green tea, which as honey in it, but in the evenings I like something with no caffeine. I was making myself some caffeine free tea over ice and was trying to add regular honey to give it a taste similar to Arizona green tea. Pretty hard to stir regular honey into a cold glass of tea. I decided to try this stuff after reading some reviews about honey powder. This brand at Walmart had the best price for the amount you get (even when comparing on Amazon). I worried about buying such a big container, but I love it so much that I'm using it every day and now am happy I bought the large quantity. It comes in a large tin can similar to the old style coffee cans. You use a can opener to open it. As other reviews I read said, the can is only about half full when you open it, which is surprising. It seems like they could fill the can to the top, if they are going to use such a large tin can. Maybe the company has an explanation for this. I have to use more scoops of the powder to get the flavor in my ice tea they way I like it, usually about 3 tablespoons in a 30 oz glass. The powder melts right in after stirring and I think it tastes really good. I get the honey taste that I want in decaf iced tea now whenever I want. I plan to try it in other ways too. Over cereal, on toast, in some recipes, etc. Do not hesitate to buy this. It's good tasting stuff and the price for the quantity is excellent.

I used this instead of brown sugar for a seasoning blend and it's perfect. No change in the flavor of he seasoning and no clumping. I love it

I highly recommend Auguson Farms Honey Powder. Works fabulous for baking, smoothies, marinades or long term storage.

I bought this for my emergency stash , so I haven't opened it. But I have no doubt that it will meet up to the high quality standards that I have come to expect from Augason Farms products.

Tried this product and love it! Will invest in the honey powder again, great as a sugar substitute. I put it in my tea and in baking. So far, I have found that all the products that I have tried from Augason Farms has been worth the money spent!
