Would I bet my life on these products? Probably not again. This review is for this product but applies to ALL the many Augason Farms products I have purchased from Walmart. Approximately 10 years ago, I stocked more than 80 No, 10 cans of dehydrated and freeze dried foods of various types for potential emergencies or disasters, not for daily consumption. All these products were stored in a climate-controlled location: dark, dehumidified, 68-70 degrees F. All the labels state some estimated lifespan of 7, 10, 15, 25, or 30 years (unopened). I do not know if that is there guess or was scientifically tested and measured with any variables. In inventorying my supplies this month, I recently discovered that 14 cans had passed the "best by" date, so there went $200. A much more troubling discovery, and I am partially but not fully to blame, is that 36 cans have NO manufacturing or packing date and no "best by" date. I did not know to look at the time of purchase. It is impossible for me to know when they were produced and when the window expires, or how they were shipped and handle (freezing or extremely hot truck or warehouse?). During this period, I did have two cans on the same shelving that became swollen and burst, so I now wonder if any of the other cans may be contaminated. Altogether, that is roughly $1,000. The honey powder is no longer powder. I know that because unopened, shaking it sounds like a brick bouncing inside. It would be too ironic (mildly put) if in an emergency or disaster, my family was brought down by food we intended to save us.

I love this powder....others have "beads"...but this is a fine powder and easy to use....I recommend using this powder instead of the icky, gooey, thick, sticky liquid that is a bit messy...especially transporting and using it at work. This is clean, non-messy, an easier to use......anywhere.....when you want to add sweetness.....Thank You for the WONDERFUL price, also!!!!!

I bought this for storage so i have not used it yet but plan too. I am sure it will be great. I like Augason Farms.

Can was delivered dented. The picker at Walmart should have never packed it for shipment. Had to make a return at my local Walmart.
