It is always the same good butter. When I find it on sale, I buy additional and freeze. It does not change flavor when frozen.

I can always count on Land o Lakes salted butter for any recipe from savory to sweet, not to mention that it's also delicious spread on warm, fresh bread. Lately I've noticed that this butter does not soften at room temperature, ever. This makes it impossible to incorporate into my baked goods. This is a fairly new development. I suspect the farmers are feeding palm oil to the cows. Distinctly different consistency compared to organic butter.

Whether I use it in baking, sauces, or just about on anything, it is the best, people ask for my recipes, I tell them they have to use Land of Lakes or it will never taste the same. They know I am not saying lots of laughs when I write LOL, I get joked on a lot because of your product.

Even scrambled eggs are better with LOL's Butter. Truly the stick butter and spread are sll I buy. This has been true for over 2 decades.

Results are melt-in-your-mouth endings to meals and special occasions. Also adds great flavor when brushed on fish before rolling in crumbs and baking; also makes the best creamy homemade gravies.
