The butter is soft to use when I leave it out on the counter. It is easy to mix into dry ingredients. Even my youngest grandchild can "measure" out 1/2 cup.

I use a lot of butter since I started the Keto way of eating and I always buy Land O Lakes because of its quality and taste not to mention a reasonable price. If you don't know the benefits of eating Keto, and you like butter and cheese, good news, they are very good for you. We've been taught just the opposite for decades. Learn Keto then do it. There's lots of info on you tube. Other LOL products are Keto friendly too.

I have always used another brand of butter but tried this when a coworker told me it tasted so much better. Totally agree! I love it on bread and it is great to cook with. I will continue to use it and will also try all of the various flavored spreads.

I have tried other brands in the past, but my baking did not come out as good. I am told my pound cake is the best at our church. I attribute it to LandOLakes butter!! Have used and tried many butter brands and always come home to Land O Lakes. Keep a stick soft to spread easily and there is just no comparison to real butter. Great flavor that enhances any dish. Mashed Potatoes, Carrots, Broccoli! Now I'm hungry!

My mom makes the best chocolate chip cookies around (I know everyone has a mom who makes great cookies). Her secret is land o lakes SALTED butter. Has to have salt. That's the only brand she will use . It also makes great eggs, for a roux for soup , and any kind of baking, pie crust , crumble, anything.

Land O'Lakes butter, the traditional variety, is the one I have used for years. It's dependably flavorful, so I only need to melt it when I want to have a butter sauce on pasta, vegetables, fish or chicken. Sometimes I dust it with a little black pepper, paprika, parmesan or capers.
