I understand they're cheap and quick to make but at the same time, I choose to put non toxic ingredients in my system and make my food from scratch or choose an alternative with no toxic chemicals as their hidden ingredient(s). I actually got this because the kids can make it about himself just add water and put it in the microwave and they come with the cheese already in it all they gotta do is just mix it together so it's easy for them because kids can actually do this. They don't need mom and dad to do it.
