I buy two boxes at a time, fry it all up at the same time and store in the freezer in a rectangular Tupperware container with parchment paper between the layers. Take out however many patties I need and heat in the microwave about 1 minute(depends on your microwave's wattage). Breakfast or sandwiches are ready in a flash and you only have the mess/cleanup once.
