We bought this because our usual brand was not in stock. The flavor was not good, kind of bland and I didn't like the aftertaste. I won't be buying it again. Unfortunately we now have a whole box.

Spices is all inclusive of "sugar" and MSG. NOticed it doesn't show the nutrition label just the self serving paragraph in the description. Google it.

I buy three boxes at a time...cook in batches on cookie sheets in the oven, then portion and freeze. Pull out a package on friday and put in the fridge, microwave for 45-seconds on Saturday and Sunday for weekend breakfasts!!!
