This sausage is such a great value and it really is delicious! Browns up nicely, doesn't have much shrinkage at all, and the flavor is to die for! This converted us from a bacon household to a sausage household! I freeze the box and hve no problem separating them when it comes time to cook them. Buy this sausage! Best $10 you'll spend! One of our absolute favorites at sams!

Great flavor. Cooks up quickly and evenly. I usually freeze the rest after making the first 6. They cook up in about 10 minutes from frozen depending on the heat of the pan. Not real greasy. A little spicy for my littlest one, but everyone else enjoys them.

Always cook sausage the day it's purchased and save the drippings mixed with flour & seasonings to simply add milk, cook in Dutch oven, and enjoy hot breakfasts over biscuits or other bread. We also like the cooked sausage Patties on a biscuit with mustard. Just wrap in paper towel(s) and heat in microwave.

The taste is good and they last a long time frozen. I cook from frozen its great. However, Sam's recently moved them from the freezer to the refrigerated shelving which is fine except they are not frozen so when you freeze them they stick to the wax paper have to use a butter knife to pry apart.

I tried many sausages in my lifetime but swagger to is the best sausage by far that I have tasted. It was one of the main item that made me become a member of this store. When i found out that my club store nearest me would be out for awhile. I traveled about five miles and stocked up on this sausage. I am truly hooked on this sausage

These sausages by Swaggerty Farm are one of the best. Perfect size for a biscuit, perfect thickness for even cooking, and perfect packaging at 42 pieces per box. I get the pan hot, poke holes with a fork on both sides of the patty, fry them. Very little grease. If you Bob Evans sausages, you will Love these.

These are really tasty (better than Jimmy Dean in my opinion). Although it says to cook them for 10-15 minutes from the thawed state.... here's what I do. Take two frozen patties, place on small saucer, nuke for 1 min., then pour off grease, turn patties over and cook for 45 sec. more. They turn out brown and delicious. I freeze them in packs of 4 and they're easy to separate if you leave the paper sheets between the patties. YUM!
