You can pretty much watch the done-ness creep up the side of the patties, and they get some nice browning. We chose to have them with frittata and toast for dinner. The patties are quite thick, which makes for an even cook, but they are maybe a tad too small to make a homogenous English muffin sandwich. They're maybe closer to a biscuit size for sandwich consideration.

Just throw them in the frying pan for 6 minutes, flip them cook for another 6 minutes and they are done and ready to serve. They are made from pork so a little higher in fat content but very flavorful even in the "original". This brand carries several different flavors but I chose the original. If you like sausage patties, I definitely would recommend these.
