Maybe I just got a bad batch IDK .....I use at least 2 bags for every 1 I fill up. Some times more. I have a standard 13 gal kitchen trash can. Again I bought them because I don't like all the plastic going in to the landfills. And I do make sure they are full before I change the bag like they show in there commercial. Every time I go to change the bag and tie it with the draw strings, the red plastic strings pull right off where they were attached to the bag. Then I have to take a second bag to put the first one in. I have even had the ties on the second bag pull off at the attach point then we go in to a 3rd bag! all of which end up in the landfill. Not to mention a waist of my $$$$$$ I figure that at this rate I will be lucky to get 50 bags of trash out of the 100 bag MEGA PACK that I purchased. I cant see the value in this product.

I have used nothing but Glad bags in my kitchen for many years, but now it looks like I will have to find a different brand. I only buy the drawstring bags because the handle-tie bags didn't work for me, and I buy them in boxes of 150. Recently, I asked my husband to pick up a new box and they were sold out, so he got the Force Flex instead. I had never bought the Force Flex before because we don't need them, and because there are 30 less bags in each box, but I decided to use them anyway because it was easier than going through the hassle of returning them, but I made sure that he was aware of the differences so that he would not make that mistake again. From the first bag out of the box, I hated them because the drawstring just wouldn't work. In order to cinch the bag, I had to use one hand to hold the bag where the drawstring comes out and the other hand to pull the drawstring through, inch by inch, and I had to do this four times for each bag, i.e., once for each of the four openings. Having disabilities that make it difficult for me to use my hands this way, I gave up after a few bags. Thinking that this was a problem exclusive to the Force Flex bags, I sent my husband for a new box of the same kind that I had been using for so many years but, unfortunately, they are exactly the same so, apparently, you have made changes in order to save money for the company at the expense of the consumer. It's really a shame that you don't realize that saving a few pennies in production will actually cost you more in the long run because of the loyal customers you lose.

On our third box since the new flex design. The first box had horizontal cuts in many of the bags and we just started to double bag instead. Second box was fine, The third box is disappointing. Couldn't find a bag that didn't have a split in it. Decided to just double bag it instead. Great that there is less plastic, but if I have to double up bags then I'm not sure that I'm realizing any savings or conserving resources.

I recently purchased a box (Qty 150 ) of Tall kitchen drawstring bags as I have been using the product for years. This box has a scented smell although the box has no scented markings. Very dis-satisfied that I thought I was purchasing a non scented bag.

I bought these because the handle tie bags were no longer available. What a disappointment! The Drawstrings are worthless and tear when you try to tie them up. The bags are not as strong as advertised. PLEASE bring the handle tie bags back! They were durable, stayed in the trash can, didn't tear or leak when you took them out. I told my husband I was going to have a breakdown since my favorite trash bags were taken off the shelf!

I have been buying Glad tall kitchen bags for years. I recently purchased a new box of 90 bags. it didn't look different on the outside but when I opened the box, they were not the same at all. Unfortunately it was not an improvement the new design is terrible. They might as well have made them out of tissue paper. I can barely put anything in them and they rip. Do you test your products before you put them on the shelf?

These are the absolute worst garbage bags I've ever bought. I've bought generic bags that were better quality. Every single one of them has leaked at the corners. You should be able to dispose of a certain amount of liquids without worrying about leakage.

I read every word on the box so that I did not get anything with frebreeze or gain added to my trash bag! This bag smells like some sort of plastic soap. I cannot use them. I bought the 'mega' pack of 90bags and I am going to have to throw them away. PLEASE STATE IN PLAIN SIGHT IF YOUR PRODUCTS ARE SCENTED. These have made me very ill

We have been using the GLAD Tall Kitchen 13 Gallon HANDLE-TIE Bags for many years. All of a sudden I am no longer able to find them in our stores here in the Woddbury, MN area. We bought 1-Box of the GLAD ForceFlex Tall Kitchen Quick-Tie Flap Bags. WE DO NOT LIKE THEM! These will not stay in our stainless steel trasher container and as for your claim of Tear Resistant (THAT'S A FABLE). Bring back the 13 Gallon Handle-Tie Tall Kitchen Bags or tells us where we can find them. We have always preferred the HANDLE-TIE bags. NO FLAPS, NO DRAW-STRINGS!

I have used the tall kitchen tie strip bags for many years and usual purchase the larges box available. The last time I bought the bags, I noticed the tie strips are black and the old ones I had were red. None of the black tie strip bags fit the top of the garbage can. They rip every time at the seam. They are just too small. Not just some of them rip, they all rip out. Are the red tie strip bags still available?
