[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hepburn fan with LED light is a total package--it is easy to install (if I can do it, anyone can!), it looks awesome in the room (nice contrast because of how dark the fan color is compared to the light ceiling and walls), and it's QUIET when it's on. Hunter fans never disappoint! Highly recommended!

The fan looks nice although it's not as quiet as our old Casablanca fan. Our main complaint is the switch. It's very temperamental.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've really enjoyed this fan since installing it and recommend it. It was fairly easy to install, pretty straightfoward. It's good quality, the fan blades and the center piece are sturdy and well made. It works well, and sufficiently circulates the air in my living room which is the point of a fan I suppose! Its quiet and doesn't make noise which I like too.

The fan works great. Not noisy and able to be wired on two switches. We used the switch that it came with for the fan only and wired the light to be operated by a smart switch that existed before we installed this fan. The light is decent for the room and happy with the purchase.

This fan is exactly what I was looking for in our master bedroom. It is beautiful and classic! The noise from the motor is so loud we cannot sleep with the fan on high speed as it wakes us at night! We can tolerate it on low/ med but with Texas heat we need it on high most of the time. The nosie is not related to unstable motion as it does not move from the downrod which we have it hung close to the ceiling. It is from the motor in the fan. I would not purchase it again and will likely have to replace it in the near future. Very disappointed from a Hunter fan.

I just finished installing this fan. It works great and looks nice, but was AWFUL to install. Directions are not linear. There is way to much back and forth. Wire compartments are cramped and difficult to work with. The blade attachment process was unnecessarily difficult. Finally, the wall switch cover/faceplate has the “Hunter” logo on the front. It looks ridiculous. If you did not see in the description, the wall switch requires batteries as well, so that will be fun to change in the dark. If you are looking only for appearance, this fan is great. The installation and maintenance are cumbersome.

I expected the ceiling fan to arrive with the angle unit in the box. Also thought an extension rod would be part of this purchase. I have no idea how I like the fan itself. Without the angle mount and rod we were not able to have our electrician install the unit. I suggest you send fewer surveys. Just ask customers if they are ready to rate the product. Peter

It's a beautiful fan but utility wise it's awful. My fan is constantly turning on and off, both the light and the actual blades. Basically the wall switch they give you is a remote that is battery operated. Meaning you have to remove the switch every time to replace the battery. You can hardwire the wall switch/remote but that leaves you with only one wall switch (I have 2 in my bedroom, one by the door and by the bed, so this may be a unique issue). I've had so many electricians come and look at the dimming issue and have been told it's a frequency problem between the remote and the receiver. It's too sensitive or there is interference. I'll be sitting in my room and the light will constantly turn off and on repeatedly in quick succession at all hours of the day. You can't bypass the receiver in the fan and just hardwire it because the receiver maintains the “dimming” function for the fan (speed, light levels). It's just expensive junk at this point and I've only had it for 2 months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fan and light is gorgeous. It fits perfectly design wise with my nautical themed home. Its quiet, and I love that it comes with a remote. The LED light is perfect for conserving energy. So pleased with this fan!
