I bought this product few months ago and love it! The features are awesome. There are great selection and enjoy watching.

It's basic. Sound is not that great. If you have a vudu video library, the vudu app on this does not work. Hopefully Vizio will fix this.

Easy access to streaming services. Clear, bright colors. Can tie in to smart commands. (Ie: Alexa, Google...)

Software is not user friendly. Menu navigation is awkward at best. No browser. Remote buttons hard to navigate especially in low light.
