We bought this TV for our bedroom. It's the first Vizio we've ever owned. Let me tell you, it's a great tv. The picture quality is fantastic and well as the sound. Not disappointed at all.

it works great but it often has some connectivity issues, and it also seems like the software is sub-par for operating a lot of the features on some apps i.e. Pandora.

Purchased a month ago...it is my 3rd Vizio product. USUALLY REALLY HAPPY...a week ago the remote stopped working. Bought it so I could get Hulu, etc. Now I have to wait for a new remote...NOT PLEASED!

TV freezes a lot, especially on certain apps. We have to change the input multiple times to get it to open the home screen back up. You also can't download additional apps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The guide on this model is deathly slow unlike other Visio products. I can not add apps like "spectrum" app to run cable without having a set top box.

I wish you would include a printed operation manual. Old people like me aren't used to all of these buttons that we have no idea what they do. Also, a guide would be useful.

I bought this tv because had previously owned a Vizio tv in 2012 and have been sold on Vizio every since. Picture makes you feel like you're right in the scene.

This TV was very easy to set up for a grandma who is definitely not tech savvy. The picture is clear and the sound is perfect for my bedroom. I have ordered a Vizio before and I am pleased with both. I would definitely not hesitate to order again.
