My family loves Members Mark vanilla ice cream. About 6 months ago, we noticed the new packaging for the vanilla ice cream. Thinking it was the same product, since it has the same name, we bought 2, took them home, and what a surprise!!!! It has a totally different taste. I mean, totally. The original blue tub shows up in small quantities. One day I compared ingredients and found the one we love has buttermilk and the new one doesn't. I hate buttermilk!! But it surely makes the best ice cream. PLEASE BRING BACK OUR BLUE TUB MEMBER'S MARK VANILLA ICE CREAM!!!!!

Given how inexpensive this ice cream is, I wasn't expecting much. But it's nice & creamy, not too whipped up & airy like a lot of cheapo brands. It doesn't really have much flavor, not much vanilla taste comes through. So it's great if you add a topping (I add Nutella, Butterfinger, or Reese's), or if you're serving it for a lot of people who aren't terribly picky. It deserves 3 stars based on flavor & quality, but given the amazing low price for a giant tub, it deserves an additional star.

I had many brands of vanilla ice cream this one by far is the best ...yummy..I won't shop anywhere else .

Definitely the best for the money. We don't care for the Neapolitan though.

Not a great flavor. Had chunks of something in it not really sure. This is good for people with no tastebuds. Wouldn't purchase again.
