I bought this piece 3 weeks ago and i absoultely love it!! It was extremely heavy so make sure you have strong helpers but once we got the box off of it i was amazed at how beautiful it was. It was already assembled and the only thing we had to do was slide the fireplace insert in which is so simple and that was it. It heats very well and also accomodates a 75 inch tv perfectly.

Bought this for our downstairs tv/family room/bar area. Tends to always be chilly so thought this fireplace would add the perfect touch not only aesthetically but also functionally and it has done exactly that. Not only is it a beautiful piece of furniture (very well built) but it also warms the room to just the right temp. My husband and I were originally going to pick the fireplace up and put it downstairs ourselves but so happy that we did not attempt to do that. Perhaps if we had taken it out of the box first and then carried the firebox and the console separately, that might have worked. We hired a couple of movers and even they had difficulty first getting it into the house and then getting it downstairs. You will also have a lot of packing material and a huge box to get rid of. Be prepared to cut the box apart and take it to your local recycling area. You will not be disappointed with this purchase.

Only problem is the fishy smell the first few times you turn on the heater. We tried taking the heater out and wiping it down but it must be something in the cabinet that makes it smell fishy and it is a bad fish smell. Run it for a good 4 hours a couple of times and the smell will go away.

I bought this electric fireplace media console about one month ago. I have it in my sunroom and it not only is beautiful; but it gives the room a cozy warmth for the winter months. The cabinet is just gorgeous and my husband and I are very pleased with this purchase.

Very nice looking and very well built. Didn't purchase for the heat function as much as for the looks. Not using it for the TV stand (wall mounted the TV) but it does hold all of the Home Theater equipment. We looked at a lot of units and this by far the best value for the money.

We saw it in store at Sam's club and really liked the way it looked, but had no way to get it home so we ordered it online to have it delivered. It cost a little more than a $100.00 between the sales tax and shipping costs but they brought it right into the room we were putting it in which was really helpful. All I had to do was unbox it and set it up. Set up was easy and it really looks great. They only complaint I have is it makes a noise, the sounds of a rotisserie when the moving flame feature is operating. After the holidays I plan on opening up the fireplace to see if I can have it stop making that noise. I definitely recommend this item.

Bought a month or so ago but had not taken out of box because we were not through building house Found front area to have cracked soft place appears has been dropped or something it's not greatly noticeable but I paid over 500 for one with no damage. I don't have a truck to return it nor anyone to load it for me. Disappointed to say the least I love the unit just not pleased that it was damaged from now on I will open box before leaving store 549.00 lesson
