Add liquid vitamins, like Nature's Way Alive, lactose free skim milk, LifeTime liquid D, and SCS Liquid Reviva Calcium for a delicious power shake. This makes for a fantastic workout shake, diet shake, or in my case, for the perfect post bariatric surgery supplement shake!

It's great as a stand alone or also mixed in with smoothie ingredients. The product blends easily and doesnt leave big chunks or a gritty texture.

After having this I wouldn't ever purchase it because it wasn't that good and I wouldn't waste my money on it. I had never heard of this before and was kind of leary in trying it and now regret trying. I wouldn't recommend it all to anybody unless you like drinking chalk water!!

It mixes up well it isn't chunky at all the amount of powder per 5-6 ounces surprised me but I like it I think that's why it Tastes as good as it does. Is rich, doesn't taste like cardboard and it mixes really well, either with water or milk. Definitely will buying the ISO more often now. You not only get more tasteful protein, you get more protein for your dollars. Highly recommend it to anyone in the market looking to replace their current shakes.

Ive been dirty keto over 4 yrs. I love this product as a base to all of my protein drinks. It keeps me full and does not affect my stomach. I've lost tons of weight and feel better at 55 yrs of age. If I want orange creamcicle I use orange extract or true orange and vanilla extract. Root beer float? Root beer extract. PB Chocolate use pb pwder, sugar-free cocoa powder and some stevia. Banana? Banana extract if keto and real banana if not keto. I don't care for the sucralose however and hope in time they will use stevia/monk fruit.

The texture is smooth and creamy and has a good amount of richness to it. Good stuff and you cannot go wrong peanur butter!
