[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This powder mixed to a very smooth consistency in my blender bottle. No clumps. It tasted ok. Definitely not as good as those artificially flavored powders, but you can definitely feel better about the ingredient list on this protein.

I mixed this with my regular daily smoothie which consist of plain Greek yogurt, strawberries, banana and almond milk. Mixed well in the blender and really added a great taste to the smoothie. The powder seems to be helping. Second it curbs my appetite. Lastly I am hypoglycemic. So sometimes I need a quick protein fix for my blood sugar and this helps tremendously.

I have religiously used this protein within a half hour of leaving the gym. It aids in recovery of muscle exertion and also helps fill the hunger void from working hard. After having this I wouldn't ever purchase it because it wasn't that good and I wouldn't waste my money on it. I had never heard of this before and was kind of leary in trying it and now regret trying. I wouldn't recommend it all to anybody unless you like drinking chalk water!!

My energy levels throughout the day have improved as well as the endurance in my workouts! I love having it early in the morning replacing my coffee and it juat feels so much better to my system.

Also since it's an isolate, i can digest it easily without worrying about my lactose sensitivity. It keeps me full.
