Awesome value.
My husband and I got this to replace our home computer. The screen is ultra thin and clear. Everything is going well with switching over pics and a few files. So far love it.

Overall pretty good
I would give this purchase a 5 star if the graphics card was a bit better, i rate it 4.5 star, good for gaming, and a complete package easy setup, my teen loves it, 27" monitor puts out a great picture, best price i have seen for the bundle
Perfect for my needs
I have had this system for a week now. It was easy to assemble and get going.....pretty much automatically recognizing my wifi and printer. It is fast. The boot up time is almost non existent compared to my old computer. The 27 inch monitor is great once I discovered how to change the size of fonts upward. In this case hires isn't necessarily a great thing making standard fonts very small. Once adjusted the 1080p monitor is fabulous. Windows 10 on this machine flies. It sleeps after 5 minutes or where you set it in settings, and the monitor will also. The 300 watt power supply is very quiet being hardly noticeable. Did I mention that this computer is fast?
EXCELLENT computer bundle!
I bought this just after it came on sale, maybe a couple weeks ago? Though had to buy it online as it was always sold out in our local store. It came in just a few days and was even BETTER than expected, I highly recommend it. The monitor is huge, VERY thin, and tilts for easier viewing. You may not think so, as it doesn't LOOK like it will when you put the base on, but give it a push, it tilts. It also turned out to have speakers in it, and they are pretty good! Ditched my old desktop speakers. Best monitor I've ever had, actually. As for the computer, I usually build my own computers every few years and had already researched the parts I wanted for a new build just before this came on sale, but it had most of what I wanted. Had intended to replace this hard drive with an SSD drive for increased boot speed, but now am not going to as it turns out that this computer is FAST, the extra boot-up speed is simply not needed. Takes me maybe 90 seconds at most and that's with typing in my log-in and letting EVERYTHING load. If you don't set it up with a password, you'll probably be amazed at the boot speed. I further shortened the time Windows takes to load at the end by about 20 seconds with a few clicks. If yours takes longer than you want, look it up, it just takes a minute to do. I was also going to get a better graphics card, but again, this one is plenty good, and I'm not much of a gamer so why bother. There's room to put one in, if you really must upgrade, though. However, if you're using it as a regular or business desktop and only watching youtube or movies or whatever on the side, don't bother, it's fast enough to do so just fine. Just buying the parts for this computer at the best sales prices possible at various places online, would have cost more than this whole bundle. Then I'd still have wanted a new HDMI monitor but probably wouldn't have bought one as nice as the one that comes WITH this bundle. That all said, I'm not thrilled with the 'front' USB's, headphone jacks, etc. being located on top, but that's HP's latest design, and hey, it does look pretty sleek. I'd suggest getting a short USB extension to leave plugged in on top for when you want to attach a flash drive, it's just easier and faster to connect without having to lean over the top with a flashlight, but that's about all I'd change on this computer. Well, maybe the dvd drive feels a little cheesy and flimsy, I don't care for it sideways, but while transferring and setting up all my programs, only used it twice and probably won't use it again, so it's not important to me. USB is what you'll mostly use. As for the wireless keyboard and mouse, well, they work nicely, way nicer than I thought, but I'm used to a large ergonomic 'wave' type keyboard and a Kensington 'ball' mouse, so by the time I had everything set up and had a neck-ache, gave up and went back to my big old wired keyboard and mouse. So much for tiny wireless keyboards, sheesh.... You want carpal tunnel as well? Keep using that tiny keyboard. Web pages load fast, software loads fast, and there's not a huge amount of bloatware to remove from it. Once you get used to Windows 10 after a day or two, you won't want to go back, for those of you who are moving up from something else. It let me install even some really old software going back all the way to an old game from Windows XP, you can look up how to set a lot of stuff like that up with a few clicks, then it runs fine from then on. So, likely most of what you have from any Windows version will end up working. OK, so Windows 10 is good, as much as I complained about it before getting it, lol... Didn't even like Windows 8.1, so expected to hate Windows 10, and I admit it, was so wrong. Oh well. Totally glad I ended up buying this bundle, would buy it again in a heartbeat. If you're on the fence, just get it. They told me if I didn't like it, could return it at the local store for full refund. No way, love it!
Beautiful and fast computer
I just purchased this to replace a similar 5 year old computer. The older computer was still operational until the video driver became incompatible with Windows 10 and we're still working on a workaround for that. It was an HP with I7 also, with 8 GB RAM. In the new computer, the 16 GB RAM and the 6th generation I7 are making a huge difference in speed. I work with a lot of graphics and this thing zips. The older computer worked, but didn't zip. No, I do not do CAD or games. I am finding that it is just fine for PhotoShop and Illustrator. It's sleek and such a great value. The only surprise is that the back of the monitor is WHITE with a gray HP logo. It's visible in my set up, but I'm getting used to it. Sound goes to my receiver and then speakers and subwoofer. Seems quite fine. My other computer had a Blue Ray player, but I hardly used it so I won't miss it. I suppose you could always add one if needed. The USB ports at the top of the computer work fine for me. This monitor seems much better than the last 27 inch I had from HP. The uniformity seems much improved. I'm sure I'll get a good 5 years out of this replacement. I'm just pleased. I've owned HP computers for about 20 years and the equipment just runs. They are retired when the software just demands it; not because the system failed in any way.

Great product!
Anytime we change computers it takes some adjusting, but we like this one a lot and can easily recommend it.
