There's no under the tape seepage. Pulls off clean. What's not to like.

For a home wall painting

This stuff SUCKS, it wouldn't stick to anything and it let the paint bleed under the tape.

When using it on a wall it falls off within seconds. Completely worthless

It doesn't stick

I had to paint the walls and the framed mirrors. After finding out how long to wait after painting before taping (24 hours), I decided to play it safe and wait 3 days. I couldn't believe the amount of paint that came off with the tape. Now I have to buy some better tape and repaint the wall. I'm extremely disappointed.

Removed paint

I personally love this tape for painting, just be sure to remove it while your paint is still wet. If you allow the paint to dry when you pull the tape, it will pull your paint. Now my daughter has used it for her posters. As a teen You know they change their room every week/month. It allows her to put up and take down her posters/pictures without damaging the walls or her posters.
