I had run flats on my car before I got G- Max installed. On the highway they were a little bit better but my other tires were worn and old. Also driving on the regular streets there was no difference and Tire Rack they told me this tire has a smooth ride. Very disappointed with this purchase because the tire doesn't live up to its price which was good. I called Tire Rack and tried to exchange or upgrade but they told me the 45 day warranty is passed due.

The tires handle well on this all wheel drive CTS. They seem to work well in rain and snow. Also, seem to be wearing quite well. I am pleased with these G-max tires. Below, I checked an 8 on ""recommending a Continental Tire to a friend"" because I have had several problems with the Continental tires that came on my 2013 Fiat 500 Sport from the factory. That may be a problem with that   particular size.

These tires grip!  In the corners, from a dig, they just hook to the road. If you are looking for an ultra high performance tire but don't want to spend the cash higher end tires demand you can't go wrong with these.  I didn't get a lot of miles out of these tires but it is definitely NOT the tires fault.  I did lots of hard acceleration and downshifting and hard breaking.  I have already purchased a second set for this summer.

After 6 months and 7000 miles these tires still lookand perform as new.  There were some comments on noise when looking at reviews prior to purchase but I have not had that experience.  The aggressive tread panel and clean sidewall make these a great looking high performance tire thay accesnts the look of my custom car.

i bought a used 2015 Hyundai Veloster with 29k miles and it had Kumho Solus tires. Their was good tread left on the tires but the ride was like if the tires were filled with cement. I upgraded to the G-Max 215/40ZR18's and the difference was night and day. The ride is much smoother and quieter and handling is great too. They performed well in the rain and also in some snow this past winter. You won't go wrong with a set of these tires. I've only put on 3k miles and still loving them.

I have had 4 sets of general g max's on 3 mustang it's, and a caddy xts.  I love these tires, the caddy has over 25000 on them and still plenty of tread left. They grip well in the rain, sun, and light snow. My wife loves them on her caddy and I love em on my 2018 mustang gt. Will definitely buy another set when the time comes.

I cant speak for the tire in the snow, however wet and dry performance are truly superb. I have about 12k or so on the tire and it has even wear on all 4 tires. Still grips as it did when was newer. get this tire if you are looking for year around performance rain, or shine!!!!!

6000 miles in. These tires have great traction in dry, wet and snow for all seasons. I did 2 autox events with them and they held up well vs the 200 treadwear folks.  They do not wear great however. I expect closer to 30k miles.  Good value, all things considered. They perform much better in all conditions than lower prices all seasons I have had in the past.

I have a 2015 Dodge Charger RT and I drive a lot of miles for work, so I needed good all-around tires that were still able to keep up with my spirited driving style.  I was hesitant about taking the ""budget"" approach with these tires but have been extremely happy with the G-Max tires!  The lateral cornering ability of these tires, especially considering the heft of the Charger, is impressive.  It takes quite a bit to generate understeer and they remain predicable.   The wet traction is awesome! I had begun to question driving a rear-wheel drive vehicle in MN (it should be noted that I do have winter wheels and tires for the winter months) with all the rain and temperature changes, but the wet traction of the Generals is very impressive.  After 7000 miles treadwear seems to be even and minimal.

These replaced a set of pirelli p zero all season plus tires on an Infiniti G37. Overall I'm happy with them. My only real criticism is that they are louder over all types of pavement. I think these tires are a good value if tread noise isn't a priority
