There have a great taste that I like a lot so it makes it easy to take! So far I haven't gotten sick, and have had the stomach virus at my house!

The serving size is 3 vitamins with only a total of 42 in the jar so you only get 14 days worth I prefer to get at least 30 days worth in a jar. Other than that these are pretty good and high quality.

In Chicago, the the winters have been crazy so this helps boost my immune system and I am super excited for these to kick in! I also work in the medical field so I am automatically around sick people and this will help alot! The taste/texture is great. I love that little bit of sourness taste it gives off. And you only need to take 3! Love it. Has a very strong orange flavor. So if you do not like orange flavor I do not recommend it. Has a great taste and texture to it!! Thank you!

That being said though, they do have a lot of sugar. It's like they are candy with a little bit of health. I'm not a huge fan that you have to eat 3 of them for the full serving. I think they would be gone very fast if you ate 3 a day. They do taste really good and I like knowing I'm getting 3 key vitamins, but tlitd be nice of they lasted longer.
