First, the taste is pretty good. there is a interesting nose but the finish is good for a supplement. Second, I do notice a more mellow feeling after an hour or so taking these gummies. It'll last a few hours and helps me focus better at work. I assume this will be something you'll have to maintain in your body at a certain level to have any long affect so we will see how it is long term.

I'm not a huge fan of gummy vitamins because of the added sugar and calories. I'm not a little kid that needs something sweet to disguise my medicine.

They aren't bad tasting and seem to calm me down quickly. They are not addicting which is important and means I can take them whenever I feel needed. My husband also is glad to have these gummies and agrees they work very well.

I recently tried the Stress Relief, Gaba and L-Theanie. It's say it will work in 30-60 minutes. It took longer for me but kicked in about 2 hours later and really relaxed me. I will try again tomorrow. I tried all kinds of Dr. Prescribed meds but I believe this might be my answer.

I resorted to these gummies since I've found myself becoming more stressed as I go through the change of life along with my autistic son who is also growing/changing. I love the taste but found a side effect in the evening (leg cramping) after taking 1 during the day. Once taken I found my stress levels came down along with my anxiety levels. It also kept my mind unwound and lasted throughout the evening as I battled my legs cramping. I recommend this product regardless of the leg cramping. I'll take the stress relief over the leg cramping any day!

The taste is good. Just chew like a normal gummy.
